How do I order a mask according to my wishes?

1. first choose a mask model (category raw masks).

Please pay attention to the size information, all models have different sizes.

2. in the mask design category you will find the editing options:

Painting (skin color of the mask),

scars/wounds,

Hairstyle (horse hair, dreadlocks, synthetic hair),

tattoo/warpaint,

body jewelry

Place what you want in the shopping cart.

3. when requesting the payment options, there is a field for comments.

Please use this to leave a description of the mask.

Or send an e-mail to ellen@ungebil.de stating your order number.

You are welcome to attach pictures or drawings for illustration.

4. the price quoted is only a guideline, depending on the complexity of the mask design or special requests, I unfortunately have to charge more.

I will then contact you with a non-binding cost estimate.

Delivery times

All masks are handmade by me alone, so the delivery time can be quite long. Please specify and agree on delivery times.

Returns

If the mask does not fit or is not to your liking, a conditional return is possible.

However, only if the mask has been tried on briefly but not worn for any length of time.

Handling and care

For fitting the mask:

The back of the mask consists of a balaclava. The mask can be made tighter by means of a dart at the back of the head and is thus adjusted to the head circumference.

Caring for the mask:

Always allow the mask to dry well after wearing and stuff it loosely with newspaper.

Powder with talcum powder from time to time.

Store in a dry, cool place, loosely stuffed and protected from light.

To take off and put on the mask:

To put on the mask with as little wear as possible, place the mask at the back of the head and pull the mask over the face with the backs of your hands on the inside of your cheeks so that the palms of your hands then rest on your cheeks.

To remove the mask, slide your hands back between your cheeks and the mask so that the palms of your hands are on your cheeks and the mask is over them. Now stretch the mask with the backs of your hands and pull it over your face towards the back of your head.

Do not reach into the eye or nose holes of the mask when taking it off. The load should be distributed over as large an area as possible (palm).

Tips: The hair of the mask can be styled as desired, but you should not pull too hard on the hair as this can cause it to come loose.

Acrylic paint, for example, is suitable for making the hair matted and dirty.

This can be rubbed into the hair to imitate mud/dirt/blood, but it cannot be removed again!
